Update: Shanghai Disneyland's Enchanted Storybook Castle is revealed

After much excitement and high expectation surrounding it, Shanghai Disneyland have finally released their first night-time shot of the beautiful Enchanted Storybook Castle. Disney promise that this will be their largest and most impressive Castle to date.

As you can see by the detail depicted in this image, unlike many Disney Castles before it, the structure is no optical illusion. Boasting a grand staircase, restaurant, stage show, salon, boutique, meet 'n' greet areas and two attractions, this wonderful example of Disney imagineering at it's best is sure to convey just as much magic and mystery from the outside, in.

My personal favourite aspect of this castle? This will be the first Disney Castle around the world that does not belong to a single Princess but instead, the Enchanted Storybook Castle will represent all thirteen Disney Princesses.

Tickets go on sale for Shanghai Disneyland this coming Monday, 28th March and you can purchase them from the official website.
